Our specialties

Infiltrations

Image-guided interventional treatments

Injections are local procedures performed under fluoroscopic, ultrasound or CT guidance, ensuring precision and safety. They allow administration of treatment (corticosteroids, local anaesthetics, PRP (platelet-rich plasma)) directly at the level of the painful structure, with minimal systemic effects.

Image guidance

All our injections are performed under real-time radiological control. This guidance is essential for accurately targeting deep structures such as the epidural space, intervertebral foramen or facet joints. It ensures the effectiveness of the procedure and minimises the risk of complications.

Outpatient and quick

Injections are performed on an outpatient basis, without general anaesthesia. The patient returns home a few hours after the procedure. Brief follow-up is provided to assess the effectiveness and tolerance of the treatment.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP)

PRP is a regenerative medicine technique using growth factors present in the patient's blood. It is offered in certain indications of facet joint osteoarthritis or degenerative disc disease for its anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties.

Epidural injections

Epidural injections

Epidural injection consists of injecting a medication (usually a corticosteroid and a local anaesthetic) into the space around the dural sac surrounding the spinal cord and nerve roots. It is often used to treat pain from disc herniation, spinal stenosis or nerve compression.

Facet joint or intra-articular injection

Facet joint or intra-articular injection

This injection delivers medication, such as corticosteroids, directly into a joint. It is frequently used to treat osteoarthritic pain, inflammation or pain from joint damage. It acts locally to reduce inflammation and relieve pain at the joint level.

Nerve root or periradicular injection

Nerve root or periradicular injection

Injection around the nerve root is performed to treat pain caused by nerve compression or irritation. This injection of corticosteroids and local anaesthetics aims to reduce inflammation around the nerve root, particularly in cases of neuralgia, sciatica or chronic low back pain.
